Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, the fully renovated, air-conditioned house offers on the ground floor a spacious living room with a large-screen TV, darts, and pellet stove, an open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle with complimentary tea, juicer, toaster), a veranda with pool table, separate toilet, and laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs: three bedrooms—one with two 90 cm beds, one with a 160 cm bed, and a master suite with 160 cm bed, private shower and toilet. Additional bathroom and separate toilet.
